Processing Time? When will my order be shipped?

Currently, the time it takes to get your order ready to be shipped (processing time) is 1-4 business days (we aim for 1-2 days). You will receive an email notification when a shipping label has been created for your order.
Not sure I understand this whole air dried/dehydrated treats thing?

All of our treats are air dried at a low temperature to retain vital nutrients. Air drying / dehydrating treats is a perfectly safe method to preserve your dogs treats.
I thought you weren't supposed to feed dogs chicken feet because the bones will splinter?
