Shipping Policy

Please be sure you enter the correct shipping address where you are sure your package can be shipped. 

Processing Time
Currently, our processing time is 1-5 business days (usually closer to 1-3 business days), and once processed your package will be shipped out. You will receive a shipping notification with tracking number on the day it is going to be shipped. 

Shipping Charge
Shipping is calculated as USPS Priority Mail, based on weight with a default package size. Occasionally orders may require a bigger box that makes the actual shipping cost for Priority Mail to be much more expensive than what was quoted during check out. We would try our best to honor the chosen paid Priority service, but in the event the actual shipping cost is significantly higher, we reserve the right to choose a different shipping method. Either way, the shipping charge is never higher than the actual cost of shipping.
 

Free Shipping Option
We also offer free economy shipping for orders $67+. Please note that orders with free shipping will likely go by ground shipping so expect longer delivery time frame with this option.
 

Shipping Insurance
All packages shipped are insured with the shipping carrier. In the event the package is lost or damaged, please reach out to the shipping carrier to file a claim.
 

Defects and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving. In rare events that any item is defective or damaged, please take a photo or video of the item. If any item is missing, please take a photo of all the products along with packing slip and shipping box.
